Using the service
These Terms govern your use of the Nudge Universe website and services. By using the site, booking a consultation, purchasing a membership, or approving a send, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any written proposal, order, or statement of work that applies to that engagement.
Services and approvals
Nudge Universe helps plan, design, personalize, produce, pack, and coordinate delivery of business letters and gifts. The exact scope, quantities, materials, timing, destinations, and price for a physical send are confirmed separately. Production begins only after the required content, recipient data, proofs, scope, and cost are approved.
Membership and payment
Membership fees cover the benefits described on the Pricing page, at checkout, or in your written order. Physical products, production, personalization, packaging, taxes, duties, and delivery costs are separate unless expressly included. Amounts and payment schedules are due as stated in the applicable checkout, invoice, proposal, or order.
All payments are final and non-refundable once paid, except only where applicable law requires otherwise. A membership is a one-time or recurring purchase only if that billing model is clearly shown before payment. Any recurring charge must be separately disclosed and authorized. Cancelling a future renewal does not refund the current membership term.
Payment processing
Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another approved payment provider. You authorize the provider to process the selected amount and share transaction status with us. A checkout screen, browser redirect, or payment attempt alone does not confirm a purchase; the purchase is confirmed only after our system receives a successful captured-payment status. If your account is charged but confirmation is missing, contact us before attempting repeated payments.
Taxes and payment records
Prices are shown with the applicable tax treatment stated at checkout, in the proposal, or on the payment record. You are responsible for duties, withholding, or other charges that apply to you unless expressly included. We will provide the payment acknowledgement, invoice, or receipt that applies to the transaction and our registration status.
Your materials and data
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the content, artwork, trademarks, recipient data, addresses, and instructions you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us and our fulfilment partners to use those materials to complete the approved work.
Proofs and changes
You are responsible for reviewing proofs, variable fields, recipient lists, addresses, quantities, and delivery details before approval. Changes requested after approval may affect cost and timing. We may pause work where instructions are incomplete, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or likely to infringe another person’s rights.
Delivery
Quoted delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Printers, makers, couriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, recipient availability, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect fulfilment. We will communicate material issues and work toward a practical resolution. More detail appears in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Cancellations and refunds
Payments to Nudge Universe are final and non-refundable. A cancellation request may stop future work only where operationally possible, but it does not create a right to a refund, credit, or reversal of amounts already paid. This rule is subject only to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you provide. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Nudge Universe retains its pre-existing tools, processes, templates, systems, and know-how. Rights in custom deliverables and any portfolio or publicity use will follow the applicable written proposal or order.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or service to violate law, invade privacy, deceive recipients, distribute harmful or discriminatory material, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with site security, or send items that are restricted, dangerous, or prohibited by a carrier or destination.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nudge Universe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability arising from a specific engagement will be limited as stated in the applicable written order or, if no limit is stated, to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
