Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you plan a send, book a consultation, purchase a membership, email us, or work with us. This may include your name, work email, phone number, company, billing details, website, project details, recipient information, delivery details, messages, artwork, and other campaign materials.
We also receive limited technical information when you use the site, such as browser type, device type, approximate location, pages viewed, and interaction events.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and prepare proposals or send plans.
- Design, personalize, produce, pack, and coordinate delivery of approved sends.
- Book consultations, process payments, activate memberships, and communicate about active work.
- Operate, secure, measure, and improve the website and service.
- Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Payments and transaction information
When online payments are enabled, a payment provider such as Razorpay will securely collect and process the payment credentials you enter. Nudge Universe may receive and retain transaction details needed to confirm and support the purchase, including your name, email, phone number, billing details, amount, currency, payment-method category, payment or order identifiers, payment status, reversal or dispute status, and fraud-prevention information.
We do not intend to receive or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or online-banking password. Those credentials are handled by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Recipient data
If you provide recipient names, addresses, personalization fields, or related information, you remain responsible for having the authority and lawful basis to share and use that data. We use recipient data only to prepare and fulfil the approved send, provide support, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business or complete an approved send, including Razorpay or another approved payment provider, Cal.com for consultation booking, Google Analytics for website measurement, hosting and communications providers, printers, makers, packaging partners, couriers, and professional advisers. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active customer relationship, record-keeping, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. You can also ask us to stop non-essential communications.
International processing
Our service providers and fulfilment partners may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or operational safeguards for those transfers.
